Who are we looking for?
We’re after a growth-minded Sales Development Representative who can create progressive pipelines and convert impressive leads to help us scale across Norway and beyond. The best person for the job would love the opportunity to flex their sales muscles in the best way they see fit to achieve stellar sales figures! Responsibilities
You will work closely with the CEO, Johan in building and converting our sales pipeline.
Conduct outbound prospecting to generate new leads using a variety of methods including email, phone, live event networking and social media.
Qualify and prioritize inbound leads, follow up and nurture them as needed.
Work closely with the team to understand our target customers and develop effective strategies to reach them.
Manage and update our customer relationship management (CRM) system with accurate and up-to-date information.
Build strong relationships with prospects and identify their needs and pain points.
Use active listening and effective communication to educate prospects about our product and services.
Schedule, coordinate, attend and minute appointments with prospects.
Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual quotas for lead generation and appointment setting.
Participate in sales and product training to improve knowledge and skills.
Provide feedback to the marketing team on lead generation campaigns and tactics.
Collaborate with the team to develop effective follow-up strategies for leads.
Attend industry events, conferences, and trade shows to represent the company and generate new leads.
Qualifications

Strong writing and speaking skills in English and at least one of the Nordic languages
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
Ability to work independently and in a team environment
Experience with CRM systems (such as Hubspot or Salesforce)
Comfortable making cold calls and sending cold emails
A self-starter with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic
Familiarity with sales techniques and methodologies
Bachelor’s degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field
