Poba is a startup on an exciting journey as we recently launched our app that lets people find great cultural experiences, events, organizers, and creatives. It’s now time to put in the next gear and expand our team with a Fullstack Developer. Are you the person we are looking for?

As a developer at Poba, you have the vital role where you develop the product development at Poba to take our MVP to the next level. You will work with the management team to plan and execute our product development strategy both when it comes to the app and web interface.

You are passionate about building products that has the potential to change lives for the better. As a person, you are analytical and enjoy creative problem-solving. You find it easy to understand cause and effect, which enables you to create and execute strategies that more-often-than-not succeed.

The role requires both a holistic approach, and a knack for details. The role comes with a lot of responsibility, making the ability to work independently important.

• Google Cloud & Services

We expect everyone at Poba to take part in business development, as we want to continuously improve how we do things. This includes sharing insights and feedback to help inform product, and business decisions, or what we should do at our next after work.

Qualifications

• Hands-on experience and knowledge of the above-mentioned techs.

• Solid experience developing in delivering other functions or products while taking into account, objectives, KPIs, and budgets.

• Documented track record of setting targets and achieving them.

• Well-organised with the ability to plan and manage your workload.

• Ability to communicate effectively in English and Swedish - verbally and in writing.

• Experience in leadership and managing teams.

Nice to have characteristics, skills, and proficiencies

• A passion for the arts (visual, music, performance, etc).

• A Bachelor’s or Master’s Degree in Computer Science or similar.

• At least 2 years of experience within similar roles.

• Prior experience working at software development companies or consultancy.
