Coana is an early-stage startup on a mission to solve one of the biggest challenges in modern web development:: JavaScript/TypeScript package management.

We're building cutting-edge tools that automate tasks and guide users through challenges such as breaking package upgrades, security vulnerability analyses, and peer dependency resolutions. Most of our tools are based on the open-source static analysis Jelly (https://github.com/cs-au-dk/jelly) maintained by a research group at Aarhus University from where Coana was spun out.

We are a team of four ambitious founders: one world-leading static analysis researcher, two of his previous PhDs, and one experienced entrepreneur. We expect to grow the team rapidly in the years to come.

We are looking for a full stack engineer who is strong in frontend development and UX and is motivated by making products and services that customers love.

As part of our team, you'll work closely with the founding team to deliver world-class customer-facing products such as IDE extensions, web interfaces, and integrations. You'll also play an active role in customer validation and decision-making processes.
