As the Inventure team grows, we’re hiring an Investment Associate to join our Helsinki office.

Since 2005, over 80 companies have trusted us to back them, including Wolt, Blueprint Genetics, Swappie, and Lassie. Typically we invest in the Nordics and Baltics. We aim to be the first institutional investor that entrepreneurs turn to when raising their first round.

Joining the Inventure team, you’ll get the chance to work closely with senior colleagues in all parts of the investment process. We offer a learning environment with a clear career trajectory. In more detail, you will:

• Drive deal flow work, identifying and initiating contact with investment prospects and people in the ecosystem.

• Work with senior investment professionals in the deal-making process performing initial analysis, due diligence, and closing deals.

• Do deep dives and research to understand market trends and dynamics.

• Build Inventure’s network in targeted geographies.

• Potentially take on board observer roles for the portfolio.
