Job Description

HenryFlow is embracing the power of user experience and interface design to improve the way businesses use their digital tools. We are seeking a UX/UI Design Intern who shares our passion for creating intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly solutions.

In this role, you will be responsible for designing our:

Interface
Prototypes
User journeys
Website
Creatives for SoMe posts.

You will work closely with our founders, Kamil and Eliezer, to ensure seamless integration of your designs with our platform, cutting-edge AI, machine learning, and NLP technologies. Kamil oversees the commercial side of HenryFlow, product management, and fundraising, while Eliezer is a world-class engineer responsible for core integration features.

One of your main tasks will be to attend user-testing meetings with the founders and be responsible for improving the design and solving UX problems based on real user feedback.

Since this is an internship there are no formal requirements in terms of experience, but we do expect:

A strong interest in UX/UI design, with some experience in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Bubble.io, Proto.io.
A passion for learning and growing in the field of user experience and interface design.
A collaborative mindset and excellent communication skills.
Willingness to take responsibility for delivering high quality results.
Some interest in the recent advancements in the AI space

We do not currently have any in-house designers, so you will have a lot of freedom to explore your ideas and will have the opportunity to contribute directly to high-impact projects.

Initially, the internship will be unpaid and limited to a defined time period, but there might be an option to transition into a paid employment position.
