We're now seeking a B2B Growth Marketing Manager to take ownership, be hands-on, and help expand our reach within the industry.
As the new B2B Growth Marketing Manager at Valohai your job is to build up our new growth marketing department from the ground. You will work closely with our product team, now led by Henrik, who has been responsible for our growth efforts the past couple of years, as well as our sales team, headed by Rasmus, to develop processes and qualification criteria to keep growth and sales aligned.
Your main focus will be on finding innovative ways to increase lead generation. You will systematically experiment with different channels and messaging to drive engagement, convert leads into a high-quality sales pipeline. You will own the growth process from start to finish and be excited about being in the driver's seat, showcasing your progress to the team.
Responsibilities:
Attract leads and create demand through targeted campaigns
Collaborate closely with the sales team to create and optimize messaging, audiences, material to support sales (slide decks, case studies, etc.) and keep growth and sales aligned
Plan and execute growth experiments in a B2B environment, by creating, testing and scaling new marketing initiatives
Write compelling marketing copy for our different marketing channels
Execute paid marketing campaigns
Build marketing collateral (web, email, PDF)
Analyze and optimize our marketing campaigns for maximum ROI
Manage CRMs, marketing automations, and reporting (HubSpot)
Track and report on performance of marketing campaigns, making data-driven decisions for future initiatives
We are looking for someone with a solid track record of planning and executing growth experiments. You have a passion for driving growth and coming up with creative ways to attract customers. This is not a junior role, and you need to know how to implement the different tools needed for tracking and improving performance. You are able to see the bigger picture and make data-driven decisions and strategy, while also comfortable with pulling up your sleeves and getting the work done.

Qualification
4+ years experience in digital marketing, lead generation & growth hacking
Experience building up a growth marketing department
Experience with b2b marketing
Hands-on experience with paid marketing campaign execution (LinkedIn, Google Ads)
Experience with writing marketing copy and building marketing collateral
Experience with CRMs, marketing automation, and reporting
Experience with marketing data analytics and tools (google analytics, UTMs, )
You are pro-active, ambitious and self-driven in taking ownership of your tasks without hand-holding
Fluent in English - All team communication is in English, no Finnish needed.
Bonus points for:
Technical skills such as HTML, CSS, Javascript, SQL
Knowing your way around Hubspot
Design skills
Experience with international B2B marketing
