Sales Development Representative

Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and driven B2B SaaS Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate should have experience with technology and software solutions, have excellent communication skills, a strong work ethic, and a proven track record of sales success. The successful candidate will be responsible for generating leads, building relationships with potential clients, develop and implement sales strategies that align with our company goals and closing sales.


Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement sales strategies to increase revenue and achieve company target

  • Prospect and qualify leads to build a pipeline of potential clients

  • Identify potential clients and generate new leads through cold-calling, networking, and other methods

  • Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential clients

  • Understand client needs and provide solutions that meet or exceed their expectations

  • Develop and conduct product demos and presentations to potential clients

  • Negotiate contracts and close sales to meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including marketing, customer success, and product development, to ensure the best customer experience

  • Keep up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activities, and new product developments

  • Assist marketing with relevant content for customer acquisition and education purposes

  • Attend industry events and conferences to generate leads and promote our product

  • Keep CRM system updated and assist with developing sales targets, budgets and reports


Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of successful sales experience, preferably in a B2B environment

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal in Norwegian and English

  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build and maintain relationships with clients

  • Demonstrated ability to meet or exceed sales targets

  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales-related tools

  • Strong negotiation and closing skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Willingness to travel as needed
