Dot.vu is looking for a new design intern to join our fast-paced company in Aarhus, Denmark.

The role 

We are looking for a committed and passionate student who will assist our Content Production Team. As a design intern, you will help the design department with their projects and create content for the marketing department. With your innovative and creative ideas, and ambitious work ethic, you will help us push our brand’s boundaries across all channels.  

Your main tasks include: 

• Designing layouts, mockups and wireframes for the website and landing pages 

• Designing Interactive Content 

• Designing visual imagery for our website, blog, social media, email marketing and ensuring that they are in line with branding guidelines 

• Designing marketing collateral including sales presentations, banners, and display ads 

• …and much more 

Additionally, we are looking for a candidate who will have the following qualifications:  

• You are currently a student, at least pursuing a bachelor’s degree in multimedia design, graphic design or other relevant studies;  

• Passion for design;  

• Excellent understanding of layouts, typography, line composition, color, and other graphic design fundamentals; 

• Talent to craft and execute a vision with creativity and style;  

• Understanding of user experience, roles and purposes; 

• Excellent knowledge of Photoshop, Adobe InDesign, Illustrator and/or other common design applications 

• Knowledge of video editing; 

• Up-to-date experience with international web protocols, standards, and technologies 

• Highly creative and able to come up with your own ideas when designing; 

• Client oriented mindset and commitment to simplicity 

• Self-motivated, well organized and can work independently 

• Fluent in English is mandatory
