Who are we?
Have you ever wanted to build something that helps others create and explore? Have you ever wanted to be a part of a team that genuinely wants to help players share their creative ideas, dreams and visions with millions of other players at the same time? Right now, we’re searching for a Lead Community Liaison to join the team doing exactly that! We’re building what we genuinely believe is the future of creative gaming, giving the players a plethora of design tools to create games, experiences and more. Once creators are happy with what they’re building, they can share it with others, securely, knowing full well their creation is safe and more importantly - theirs.
At Ringtail, we know that your career is one of the most important investments you can make in life. So, with that in mind, we aim to support everyone that joins our team with opportunities to gain experience and grow. Whether that be through offering new roles as our company and project gains momentum, or the chance for coaching, mentoring and career support. We put an emphasis on personal growth and want you to feel that you can build not only incredible games and experiences, but your own future too.
With ground-breaking technologies available to you as a part of Ringtail, this team is unique. We are extremely excited by what we are building and if what you’ve read so far has you feeling that way too, then we want to hear from you!
The Role
Ringtail Interactive is hiring a Lead Community Liaison to join our core marketing team, to manage what we feel is an extremely unique community. Rather than focusing on the usual, we’re looking to engage and curate a very specific demographic – one that will be a challenge with huge rewards.
Your day-to-day work will consist of engaging with the community, listening to their issues and feedback and ensuring it gets into the hands of those within Ringtail that need it. At the same time, looking to engage new members outside of our established community through various channels will fill the remainder of your time.
Working alongside a team that has come from the world of community management, this isn’t going to be the usual “manage a Discord and a Twitter channel” affair. We’re energised, we have huge dreams and we want to hear from you if anything here sounds exciting.

A desire to push boundaries – we want someone that want to do more in the community management space than simply run some channels.
