Description:

We are looking for an IT project manager on site who will be responsible for the implementation of projects and be our point of contact with the Supplier's project manager. The IT project manager will be responsible for integrations with the existing systems and will need to have a close collaboration and dialogue with the Business coordinating and pushing requirements, developing and testing, and implementing new technical solutions, as well as with Group IT which is responsible for infrastructure, systems, IT, and information security.

To thrive in this role, the person needs to be confident and experienced in the role of project manager.

One of the requirements is that the person knows how to implement IT projects and has worked in different fields. It is advantageous if the person has been involved in integration projects.

• She/he is a determined implementer who takes responsibility and is able to plan, lead, organize, and prioritize his work as a number one priority.

• Has the ability to lead and support the business in the introduction of new routines and working methods.

• Is a collaborative team player,

• Understand the whole and the different perspectives in a complex environment and manage several different stakeholders, both internal and external

• Ability to create a commitment to ensure that the project is well-anchored and that all involved parties are committed to their responsibilities

• Is a responsive listener and communicator, and at the same time, takes ownership of implementation success.

• Has a technical understanding of systems and integration

If everything works well and if the tasks are completed as time allows, it is possible to work from home for a maximum of 2 days/per week. During the first month, It will be 100% physically present at the office.
