We are looking for 2x regenerative farm workers that have potential to be managers of 6-10 people each:

• Copenhagen-region

• MidtSjælland

The ideal candidate is experienced in no-dig, regenerative farming, permaculture and other sustainable ways of fixing the climate mess that we're in.

You will spend your days in the field and be part of our leadership, supported by our COO that can help with any office-tasks related.

You will be responsible for growing ~20Mr kr of food in 2023 and you'll have the opportunity to train future farm managers, as you become Regional Manager in 2024.
