About ELISA | Easy Live Sales?

ELISA, or Easy Live Sales, is a software company whose social commerce software platform ELISA.io helps brick-and-mortar and e-commerce retailers 10x their social commerce performance. We are constantly improving and developing new products. One of them is our recently launched live shopping platform SPRII.live.

We’ve already helped more than +1200 retailers across more than 9 countries. Last year, we landed a 5 mio. euro capital injection. Now, to accelerate our growth, we’re looking for Junior Marketing Assistants to help us achieve our ambitions.

Our core products and features

Since our launch in early 2021, we have continuously developed our core software ELISA and have recently launched closely related products and features that are ready for commercialization.

ELISA ELISA is the core of our business. It’s our software that makes selling on social media easy and efficient for the retailer and enhances the video shopping experience for the consumer. ELISA integrates with payment providers, freight systems and e-commerce platforms and therefore creates a seamless connection to the retailer’s existing business. Now, this platform needs to be taken to the next level with even more value-adding services.

SPRII With our new B2C live shopping platform, SPRII.live, we have created a whole now live shopping eco-system. SPRII brings retailers and consumers together to get inspired, informed and entertained whilst being able to shop directly in a video. This platform is currently in beta so as a product owner you have the chance to really shape it for success.

About the job

We’re looking for a Junior Marketing Assistant to support the Marketing team in its primary and administrative duties. Our ideal candidate is passionate about marketing and branding and understands its importance across the entire customer experience. You should be fluent in consumer and business marketing and comfortable in a quickly evolving environment. Whether you’re a grad-level student or taking a gap year to gain experience, this is a great opportunity to learn, grow and help shape how millions of customers view and experience ELISA.

What you’ll do here:

• Undertake daily administrative tasks to ensure the functionality and coordination of the Marketing team’s activities

• Collaborate in the creation of comprehensive marketing plans and go to market strategies to win new customers and increase engagement for current customers

• Help maintain project documentation and communicate timely updates of status, achievements, and potential challenges to the Marketing Leadership Team

• Support the Chief Marketing Officer (CMO) in organizing various projects

• Conduct market research and employ marketing analytics techniques to gather important data (social media, web analytics, rankings etc.)

• Update spreadsheets, databases and inventories with statistical, financial and non-financial information

• Work with internal and external teams to build and launch integrated brand experiences across all ELISA channels, including product, website, social, events and campaigns

• Help prepare and deliver internal and external promotional presentations as well as assist in product demos

• Compose and post online content on the company’s website and social media accounts

• Update the company website, marketing collateral and sales enablement assets

• Write marketing literature (articles, brochures, press releases etc.) to augment the company’s presence in the market

• Are well-organized with a customer-oriented approach 

• Possess a good knowledge of market research techniques and databases 

• Have excellent knowledge of social media, marketing computer software, and online applications (CRM tools, Online analytics, Hubspot, Google Adwords, etc.) 

• Can communicate with and present to team members at all levels 

• Are highly adaptive and flexible, comfortable with ambiguity 

• Love the idea of working with new technology like Live Shopping
