Other info: The selected candidate may be subject to a security clearance, drug test and/or credit check. The selected candidate must have a valid work permit to work in Finland.

Language skills: English (proficient) is mandatory, Finnish (proficient) is seen as an advantage

Requirements  

• Software Development practices and prior work experience as a Software development Project Manager

• Ability to run and facilitate technical discussions with all cooperation entities

• General Project Manager skills (planning and forecasting, risk management, budgeting, tracking and monitoring, meeting facilitation, quality management, reporting, research, scope management, problem solving, communication, negotiation)

• Knowledge and experience in project management methodologies and approaches (i.eg. Agile, DevOps, Scrum, Waterfall, SAFe, Kanban, Lean) 

• Knowledge and experience of project management software/tool (i.eg. Jira as a backlog management tool, Microsoft Projects, Asana, LiquidPlanner, Gantt)

Description

We have several client projects starting and we are searching Project Managers for those roles.

Currently we have open Project Manager roles in

• Harmonization projects, i.eg. Harmonized the client’s Software Development tooling

• Implementation projects (from pre-preparation to implementation)

• Integration and migration projects

• Financial projects, i.eg. P2P (Purchase to Pay) and O2C (Order to Cash), Legal Mandate project for invoicing, Renewal of client’s Financial Reporting

• Change Management projects

We expect you to have previous work experience in similar project(s) mentioned above, preferably over a period of several years. Your deeper expertise and interest may focus on a specific area. Experience in managing the life cycle of international and diverse projects will help you succeed. Your will be working in the customer interface and therefore you must have excellent communication and negotiation skills and have good problem-solving skills. You easily depict large and complex entities, without forgetting the details. In addition, you need the ability to produce clear reports and documents. You are interested in and able to take over new technologies.
