Our team is currently looking for a Lead Product Designer who can help us achieving our goal of producing exceptional user experiences. The perfect candidate will have a solid foundation in visual design, as well as a passion for and experience in UX design. You will be responsible for researching the need of our customers/users, prioritize our backlog, translate features into a great UI/UX, and then hand it off to our dev team. You will be a part of and oversee the complete journey from idea to product release.

Beefit is a fast-growing B2B2C company providing great software solutions to some of the most prominent fitness & health professionals globally. Our mission is to inspire people all over to world to get healthier both in body and mind. We do it by partnering up with inspiring people and influencers, and then supplying them with the right tech and strategy to reach and help people at scale.

We own and develop a high-end and fitness platform (SaaS) called Beefit Coach, that are used by many great fitness & health coaches. We also develop custom fitness & health apps in collaboration with inspiring people (professional athletes, influencers etc.). You will be a big part of both Beefit Coach and the custom apps.

In this role, you will:

• Have a flair for creativity; you're more UI/UX, than research-oriented, 

• Deliver high quality feature and product designs in a SaaS environment

• Design fitness & health apps from scratch and follow the journey from initial idea phase to app launch.

• Keep track of feature requests and prioritise our backlog with the development lead.

• Create sketches and mockups of apps, used in the sales process.

• Collaborate with the dev team on testing and optimizing end user feel and experience.

• Contribute to building a comprehensive design system

• Work closely with customers, engineers, and management.

Requirements :

• You have worked with product design for for mobile apps and SaaS solutions.

• You have experience with creating design systems.

• Portfolio with multiple examples of delivered product design, demonstrating approach and design thinking

• You are great at communicating with customers as well as engineers.

• You have experience with rapid sketching, wireframing & prototyping, creating User Stories.
