Quality Assurance Engineer

We seek a highly skilled Quality Assurance Engineer and Support Specialist to join our team. The successful candidate will ensure the quality of our product and services and provide technical support to our customers. In this role, you will work closely with our development and customer service teams to ensure that our products meet the highest quality.


About the product

Our product, Viio, is the leading cloud-based SaaS Management Platform that helps organizations manage their software-as-a-service (SaaS) applications from a single dashboard. We provide features such as application discovery, usage tracking, cost optimization, procurement, and employee management. The platform helps companies gain better visibility and control over their SaaS applications, reduce costs, improve security, and streamline their overall SaaS management processes.

Responsibilities

  • Identify and report software defects, and work with the development team to ensure the timely resolution of them

  • Participate in the design and development of new features, ensuring that quality is built in from the beginning

  • Provide technical support to customers via email and chat, and troubleshoot technical issues as they arise

  • Document technical support issues and resolutions, and contribute to the knowledge base to improve the support experience for our customers


Requirements

  • At least 2 years of experience in software quality assurance and testing, with a focus on web testing

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to identify and solve complex technical issues

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate technical information to both technical and non-technical audiences

  • English language proficiency of B1 level or higher

  • Experience with technical support or customer service is a plus
