Country Manager (Norwegian Speaking)

As the Waybiller product complexity and conquered marketing areas are growing, we are looking to join forces with a Country Manager in Norway, who will be the key person responsible for leading the market, developing and nurturing critical relationships that will grow our business.



  • Work closely with new potential customers to fully integrate Waybiller into their daily work;

  • Find potential clients and create a client base;

  • Organize and lead sales meetings;

  • Create presentations and introduce the product;

  • Give input to Waybiller developers about necessary extra developments required in connection with the integration; 

  • Write analysis and estimate of costs of the necessary integrations & agree on the budget with the customer;

  • Create documentation of the integration;

  • Be an owner and proactively find solutions to business problems.


You will be a great fit if you have

  • Two years of experience in sales and management;

  • Excellent negotiation and communication skills in English and Norwegian;

  • Strong communication skills and technical know-how;

  • Organizational skills — you’ll be working with many customers, and you’ll need to have expertise in place to keep all of their needs organized;

  • Result-driven mindset, not stopping after facing several obstacles;

  • Passion for the digitalising of the logistics industry.
