As the Waybiller product complexity and conquered marketing areas are growing, we are looking to join forces with a Country Manager in Norway, who will be the key person responsible for leading the market, developing and nurturing critical relationships that will grow our business.
Responsibilities
Work closely with new potential customers to fully integrate Waybiller into their daily work;
Find potential clients and create a client base;
Organize and lead sales meetings;
Create presentations and introduce the product;
Give input to Waybiller developers about necessary extra developments required in connection with the integration;
Write analysis and estimate of costs of the necessary integrations & agree on the budget with the customer;
Create documentation of the integration;
Be an owner and proactively find solutions to business problems.
You will be a great fit if you have
Two years of experience in sales and management;
Excellent negotiation and communication skills in English and Norwegian;
Strong communication skills and technical know-how;
Organizational skills — you’ll be working with many customers, and you’ll need to have expertise in place to keep all of their needs organized;
Result-driven mindset, not stopping after facing several obstacles;
Passion for the digitalising of the logistics industry.
