We are seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Software Developer Trainee to join our early team. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are looking to start their career in software development but find it hard to find the first job placement.

You'll be working closely with a skilled serial entrepreneur founder who can help you hone your backend/frontend development skills and gain experience working in a company. This role is unpaid but can lead to a full-time salaried role depending on the success of the company and your own growth.

This role is fully remote but we can only consider applicants within EU.

Responsibilities:

• Develop frontend/backend for an AI-generated content tool with the guidance of the founder

• Develop tools that help teammates automate marketing/sales tasks (Chrome extensions, APIs)

• Create unit tests for your code where needed (less important in startups but will help you in your career)

• Maintain code and refactor when necessary (less important in startups but will help you in your career)

Requirements:

• Strong written and verbal communication skills

• Interest in building intuitive customer experiences

• Some previous experience in developing with Python or Node or React/Typescript (no previous work experience required)

• Interest in building a career in software development

• Positive attitude, eagerness to learn, and willingness to learn new things
