We are looking for a passionate Digital Designer with expertise in user experience and a background in building brands. The ideal candidate will be a creative thinker with a strong portfolio demonstrating a deep understanding of design principles and an ability to make products look great.

Here's what we're looking for in a Digital Designer at Graymatter

• You can communicate complex AI concepts clearly and concisely to diverse audiences.

• You possess critical thinking skills and can identify problems or opportunities for improvement in AI solutions and proactively propose and pursue solutions.

• Collaborate with the team to define design requirements and create solutions that meet business goals and user needs.

• Create user flows, wireframes, and high-fidelity mockups using design tools like Sketch, Adobe XD, or Figma.

• Design and create visual assets such as logos, icons, and illustrations to support brand-building efforts.

• Take a user-centered design approach, rapidly test and iterate designs.

• Create and maintain design systems that ensure consistency across all products and platforms.

• Conduct user research and usability testing to validate design decisions and identify areas for improvement.

• Stay up-to-date with emerging design trends and technologies to improve the design process and product quality continuously.

• You should love to try new digital concepts!

• You're passionate about all things AI and its potential impact on society.

What will you do?

• Collaborate in building our brand profile

  Build UI/UX for digital experiments and products

  Build design identity for our experiments and products

• Conduct UX research

Since we are a new company, you will - as everyone else, do other tasks as well and help form your own position.

Most importantly, we don't expect you to be an expert in all of the above, but you should have the willingness and drive to learn while having fun and being part of a high performance team.
