Roomkast is a Danish startup that aims to revolutionize the rental industry by matching tenants with similar interests and personalities. Our platform allows users to create a profile and find compatible roommates for shared living spaces. Role: We are currently seeking a UX Designer to join our team. As a UX Designer, you will be responsible for designing and improving the user experience of our platform. You will work closely with our product team to create intuitive and engaging user interfaces that enhance the user experience and improve user retention. You will also conduct user research, gather feedback, and iterate on designs to create a seamless user journey.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct user research to understand user needs and pain points

• Design and improve the user interface of our platform

• Collaborate with our product team to create new features and improve existing ones

• Conduct user testing and gather feedback to iterate on designs

• Create wireframes, prototypes, and user flows to communicate design ideas

• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in UX design

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree or higher in UX design, graphic design, or a related field

• Proficiency in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, or Adobe XD

• Experience in conducting user research and testing

• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles

• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
