Responsibilities

• Be in charge of sales through all of our channels (online and offline)

• Manage Operations, Sales, and Logistics

• B2B Sales processes

• Manage supply chain of our products

• Manage CRM systems

• Customer service

• Develop commercial goals and objectives in support of the company vision. Metrics must measure progress and include action plans that improve efficiency

• Establish strategic imperatives & initiatives in order to ensure the fulfilment of business requirements and to optimize business performance

• Drive operational excellence processes throughout the team to ensure contract compliance and customer satisfaction. Effectively lead a team of operations leaders, determine clear roles & responsibilities, identify, and act on development needs to ensure superior business & customer support

• Ensure data analytics drive decision making

• Drive processes simplification and best practices

Requirements and Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree and 2+ years’ management experience in Sales, Commercial Operations, and Finance

• Strong analytic skills with the ability to clearly link financial results to operational performance drivers and lead positive change

• Ability to influence and collaborate with senior level management team

• Experience leading or managing projects of various size, duration and scope

• Proficient in digital marketing

• Demonstrated ability to lead and influence a team

• Ability to translate strategy into business objectives

• Demonstrated written and oral communication skills

• Reliable, responsive, attentive to detail

• Action and results oriented
