ROEST AS is a Norwegian company established in 2014. Our team is dedicated to develop and manufacture innovative products for the coffee industry, increasing quality in the cup and efficiency in the workflow.
ROEST’s current portfolio includes two models of an AI-powered hybrid coffee roaster designed for quality control. ROEST Sample Roaster has received several industry awards and even helped coffee enthusiasts to succeed in the World Coffee Championships. In 2023 we will launch a new production roaster for small to medium-sized roasteries and coffee shops.

We are seeking a highly motivated persons for the positions as sales manager or head of sales. The candidate will deepen our footprint within our key market segments, by focusing on increasing adoption of our product. The position will be an important resource for our further growth, and will take a major part in the development of our company. The role covers opportunities worldwide, but is based from Oslo, Norway.
The candidates will have the responsibility to follow-up our current sales channels, and make new initiatives. The candidates will work closely together with our sales and marketing team to develop and implement new sales strategies. The role will be adapted to the candidate’s experience and fit in our organization.
We are looking for
Able to effectively demonstrate and clearly articulate the benefits of our products
Establish and build relationships with key decision makers to drive sales
Employ winning strategies to maintain and grow adoption of our product
Forecast and proactively uncover opportunities within key business groups
Negotiate and close new business deals
Excellent networking skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities in English, and the ability to deliver professional and persuasive presentations
Able to travel to promote our product at events
A passion for coffee and the industry in general is beneficial
Desire to run projects and exceed expectations, with ability to find solutions and deliver results within a rapidly changing, entrepreneurial, technology-driven culture
Proven success working in a fast-paced, high-growth environment
Ability to work as part of a strong core team, as well as on your own, demonstrating initiative and ownership
