WHAT CAN YOU EXPECT FROM THE JOB?
You will work closely with our Customer Excellence team as a Student Assistant in Customer Support. You will primarily be responsible for handling our daily inquiries and complaints from our Amazon and website customers. The tasks will mainly include replying to the customers' direct messages and providing them with suitable solutions. Moreover, you will initiate proactive communication through other complaint channels like reviews. You will also compile the complaints data and report them to our Product Development team. The working times are flexible, and you might need to split the hours across different times of the day and week, sometimes during the weekend.
WHAT DO WE EXPECT FROM YOU?
You must have excellent communication skills; you are proactive and organised. Given some of the issues you will face in customer service, an eye for detail is also a must-have. We are looking for a team player that is empathetic, patient, and capable of finding the bestbalanced solution between the customer's problem and the interests of Danish Endurance. Native or fluent written German and English is required as most of our communication comes from German and English-speaking countries.
Native/Fluent skills in German and English.
Empathetic and excellent communication skills.
Customer-oriented and attention to detail.
Organised and independent.
Experience in customer service.
Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office.
Experience with help desk software systems such as Gorgias or Zendesk.
Passion for sports is a bonus.
Weekly working hours: Part-time (15 hours).
Location: Copenhagen Holmen, at Talent Garden Rainmaking.
