Who we are looking for:
As our very first AEs, you will be working on signing enterprises and organisations across industries. We expect that sales are initially not done at the C-level, but through lower levels of the organisation like the development or customer service departments.
The ideal candidate will be great at story-telling, working independently and good at understanding the customer needs and use cases. You will work directly with the founders, to learn the ropes and build out the playbook as we go.
From the very start you will need to have it in you to chase leads and deals. We need you to be entrepreneurial and thrive under uncertainty to help us achieve product market fit on the commercial side. Our product-led approach will over time create PQL’s that you will be working on to close enterprise deals.
4+ year’s experience with enterprise/B2B-sales
Know the learning/ed-tech industry
Proven success in closing transactional deals around € 5-15k ACV as well as more strategic deals above €25k ACV
Based in European time zone
Fluency in English
Bonus points for:
Experience working full cycle deals from discovery/PQL’s and demo, to negotiation and closing
Experience from an early stage startup
Experience of working with product led growth
Experience from HR tech
Ability to build trustfull relations
Not being afraid to stand on a stage
Ability to embrace feedback and hold yourself accountable
