In Proptly, we are creating a new digital customer journey for contractors’ services.

The people who build our homes have expressed their need for software, giving their customers (you - the homeowner) insight and transparency when budling or renovating. However, the number of homeowners who have had poor experiences using contractors is frightening, especially given the financial and emotional investment one makes in our homes.

With the younger generation of homeowners and contractors used to customer experiences such as Wolt, AirBnB, Uber etc., the expectations will change dramatically.

Therefore, in Proptly, we work closely with several of the largest contractor chains and players in banking, insurance, energy and retail to make a difference. The ecosystem relying on contractors delivering towards homeowners is enormous, and Proptly is the spearhead in making it more interconnected.

We’re a small team, and will be for a while. We think that’s a good thing. Think of what Notion did, but for collaboration. We can stay small and still make something brilliant.

Responsibilities:

• Work closely with several contractor chains and players in banking, insurance, energy, and retail to create an interconnected ecosystem.

• Design and develop the end-to-end user experience for our platform, from ideation to implementation.

• Conduct user research, design, and testing to ensure that our platform is user-friendly, engaging, and meets the needs of our target audience.

• Create user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and visual designs that effectively communicate and solve user needs and requirements.

• Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to ensure that designs are feasible, meet business requirements, and align with the product roadmap.

• Stay up-to-date with the latest UI/UX trends and technologies to help innovate and improve our platform.

Requirements:

• At least 3-5 years of experience in UI/UX design

• Strong portfolio showcasing experience in designing and shipping user-centric digital products across multiple platforms.

• Proficient in design tools such as Sketch, Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, and prototyping tools such as InVision.

• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and best practices, and the ability to incorporate them into design solutions.

• Excellent communication and collaboration skills to work effectively in a remote team environment.

• Fluency in English, both written and spoken.

• Knowledge of Polish language is a plus.
