We are looking for a motivated, creative and hands-on Marketing Lead to join our team. As a Marketing Lead you will be able to take strong ownership of Red Brick marketing activities, improve our channels, as well as plan and execute our marketing strategy and take the Red Brick marketing funnel to the next level. 

About Red Brick

Red Brick is a startup accelerator supporting early-stage founders to turn their ideas into companies and take them all the way to first customers. Our main mission is to provide the best possible support and guidance for startup founders on their journey, to build scalable companies through our two accelerator programs. We are located at the Platform6 startup house in Tampere.

About the position

In this role, you would be working closely with the core team. We are a highly supportive, collaborative and community-driven team celebrating both wins and failures together. We value a growth mindset and the willingness to learn. The position offers the opportunity to grow as a marketing professional with the possibility to manage your own marketing team in the future. 

This is a part-time position with 20 hours per week, with the possibility of expanding into full-time in the future. Fluency in both Finnish and English is required. In-office availability is a strong plus, with the flexibility of combining it with remote work.

As a Marketing Lead you will be: 

  • managing the accelerator's online presence

  • updating the website and social media channel content 

  • planning and executing  a marketing strategy 

  • identify new ways of improving the overall marketing funnel

  • planning and testing event and promotion channels

  • collaborating with partners in joint marketing activities

  • measuring and reporting the marketing performance

We don't expect you to have years and years of experience in all of the responsibilities above, but you do need to be interested in developing the skills that help us execute those tasks. Previous experience in any of these areas is a big plus.

Experience working with startups is desirable but not required.
