We are looking for a Demand Generation Specialist to be based somewhere in the Nordic region - remote, hybrid or office bound, we are flexible about that.

You will report to our Head of Marketing, Jesper Wilhelmsen, who is based in Aarhus, Denmark. 

The role

The overall responsibility for you in this role will be to develop and execute all our demand generation campaigns (online and offline), as well as optimize, tweak and tune to continuously drive qualified leads into the pipeline. This will be based on your rockstar intelligence about our ideal customers and your knowledge of how to create campaigns that resonate with them.

You will get the full ownership of all marketing channels - with a distributed focus according to industry and seasonality, and you will be expected to create industry specific annual campaign wheels for online and offline.

And of course, this comes with a marketing budget.

We are looking for a person who is passionate about being part of and contributing to great teams, where people are happy and successful. 

Secondly, you have a broad marketing experience (and maybe also some sales experience, even) that makes you think of yourself as a ‘demand gen wiz’ with broad knowledge and experience with several channels, not just one or two, where you have gone deep. We target many different industries and therefore need a broad channels approach.

When you go to work you are motivated by seeing the results from your campaigns. We have a sales and partnership team ready to pick up all the great leads that you will create - so it has to be a clear motivation for you to give them something to work with.
