Student Assistant Norwegian Speaking Customer Success Agent

We’re looking for a motivated and talented Norwegian speaking individual to join our Nordic customer success team. You’ll be the primary contact for all our Norwegian renters and owners; therefore, it is important to us that you are able to take responsibility in your work and provide excellent customer service.

The role will be full-time during the camping season which spans from April to September. After the camping season ends, we hope that we can extend the role full-time or if necessary, change it to a part-time role.

In your new role you’ll be supporting our Norwegian renters and owners through calls, e-mails, and social media. You’ll also have the opportunity to shape and contribute to our processes and methods.

You’ll be working in our modern office space in Uppsala together with your new colleagues. We’re a happy bunch and we like to joke around and have fun at the office, so we hope you’ll join in.

MyCamper is the largest sharing platform for camping vehicle rentals in the Nordics and Switzerland. We offer freedom and unforgettable camping experiences for all.

Tasks:

  • Supporting our Norwegian renters and owners via calls, e-mails, and social media.

  • Create and improve existing and new processes and methods.

  • Manage the Norwegian social media pages and create intriguing social media posts.

  • Content translation to Norwegian.

  • Contribute to a fun and engaging work environment.

Requirements:

  • Being a happy, empathetic, and responsible person.

  • Able to speak Norwegian at a native level and English at a professional level – bonus points for also speaking Swedish, Danish or Finnish.

  • Previous experience from a customer facing role.

  • Proficient with computers and not afraid to learn new IT-systems.
