Intern/Student Assistant supporting green innovations

We are looking for an organized, extroverted and service-minded person to solve, systematize and professionalize internal workflows, both digitally and in-person. 

NIRAS Green Tech Hub is a driver and accelerator for green innovation. We build projects, innovation partnerships and cross-cutting collaborations. We work across startups, engineers, private- and public clients and customers, and build projects, innovation partnerships and cross-cutting collaborations for the industry. We enable NIRAS to offer clients innovation as an added value to the existing consulting service offerings.

We’re also a physical scene for startups seeking an extraordinary office space with cool meeting rooms in a vibrant, green, and colorful environment with great coffee in The Café. Startups will also be able to rent large storage spaces, build MVPs and have actual production in the Production Hall. We provide the site for the newest green technologies and innovations to be co-development and fast-tracked.

 Your job will be versatile and consist of everything between event planning, writing SoMe posts, project admin, coordinating activities, and giving guided tours of the space. 

Your profile:

• You’re a team player and enjoy supporting the development of something new

• You love to dive into new green solutions to society’s problems

• You think startup founders are the bomb 

• You’re structured and deliver on, perhaps even before, deadlines

• We don’t have a preferred educational background, but you’re probably studying something related to sustainability, business, and tech

What you will be doing:

• Searching for and testing new systems to integrate

• Implementing data into systems

• Community building

• Event coordination and planning

• Text, pics and video for SoMe on LinkedIn and Instagram

• Guided tours of the Hub to clients and partners

• Ad hoc tasks supporting the core activities in the Hub

We expect an Intern/Student Assistant to equally engage in, contribute to and care for our community, team, and network.

Salary will be negotiated based on candidate’s experience.

 You will be working 12-25 hours a week, dependent on your studies and other activities. 

Working hours between 9:00-16:00.

 Your workplace will be in NIRAS Green Tech Hub, Sortemosevej 19, 3450 Allerød.
