AutoVex is revolutionizing the used car market by offering car dealers a modern and efficient, digital purchasing platform whilst simultaneously offering consumers an effortless way to sell their car for the best possible price.

We’re pioneers in our field and EUR 223.6 million worth of cars was traded through our service in 2022. We are the largest player in Finland and with the support of our majority owner Schibsted, we're revolutionising the car market in the Nordics and Europe.

Our aim is to offer dealers and consumers the most dynamic and effective way to buy and sell cars online, and we’ve been nailing it so far. But in order to grow to the next level, we need your help.

What does the Product Manager do at AutoVex?

This is one of our top priority recruitments and a key role to our future success. As a Product Manager, you will be the one with a clear vision of our product's future. You would organize ideas from different teams into action, acting as a link and single point of contact between the teams, identifying opportunities, communicating these forward and bringing ideas and new features into action.

You’d analyze information from different sources and communicate the vision and direction of our product forward to our tech team, making sure these projects and improvements see the daylight. In other words, you will:

• Have a clear vision of our product’s future and communicate this clearly to all stakeholders, especially to the tech team

• Organise ideas from different teams (and your own), putting these ideas into action!

• Improve our website and service together with the other teams

• Prioritise what needs to go out into production and manage projects - seeing what is most important and always keeping the customer in mind

You will succeed in this role if you have the following experience:

• Previous experience in a similar role as a Product Owner, Product Manager or other relevant position where you have been a part of deploying bigger projects from start to finnish

• Knowledge and understanding of user experience, design thinking, software development, and business requirements with always keeping the customer in mind

• Strong communication skills in English and the ability to communicate with your tech peers

• Understand how to balance business, design and tech to make important decisions
