Hey! 

We are looking for an intern for our new product Mynt, in a nutshell, we are building a new unmanned ordering system for restaurants where customers can scan a QR code or use a self serve Kiosk and order directly to the kitchen.

Our company Sterly Oy was founded in 2020 and we have done work as a consultancy within IT and Finance, however nowadays we are helping the restaurant sector to recover from the impacts of covid by helping them sell more using AI upselling, reduce the heavy work with the self-checkout ordering system, attract customers through marketing as well as retain customers through our innovative loyalty system using coins.

What we look for in an intern

• Technical understanding, most of your work will be done through your pc.

  • You don't have to know how to code or anything, but being comfortable with using a pc and interested in tech is a strong plus.

• Communicative skills, our customers tend to speak English or Finnish, so the ability to communicate in those languages is required

  • The ability to speak other languages is considered a plus

What your tasks may be

• Help set up restaurants and their onboarding process, anything from helping with designing their menus, setting up them in our systems, and going to their location to help set up and train the employees on site.

• Help resolve issues with customers

• Participate in the ideation and design of new features both for the mobile app and the admin panel.
