About Aatos

Our mission is to change the way people solve their legal issues: completely online, without the need of meeting a lawyer.

We combine the newest technology, design thinking, and legal principles to translate legal processes into fluent, automated web service. In two years, Aatos.app has gained over 100,000 registered users and is one of the fastest-growing startups in the Nordics.

We are currently operating in Finland, Sweden and Denmark, and launching new markets soon.

Who are we looking for?

You are an experienced marketer who can craft growth strategies based on customer understanding and are eager to put them into practice.

We expect you to have an understanding of the Swedish consumer mindset and practical experience in growing and scaling businesses in Sweden.

Your main task is customer acquisition in Sweden. You’ll ideate and execute customer acquisition, including deciding on channels and messages.

You’ll use your previous experience of growing businesses in Sweden and deciding on the best growth methods, taking into account target groups for our services.

• Develop, test and scale new marketing initiatives in Sweden.

• Identify and capitalize on new growth opportunities.

• Build brand equity by ensuring consistent and on-brand execution of communication.

• Drive customer experience forward in close collaboration with the rest of the marketing, software and operations teams.

• Discover the right channels and core messages to increase the use of Aatos’ services in Sweden.

• At least three years' experience leading growth marketing initiatives targeting Swedish consumers.

• Passion for driving growth and coming up with creative ways to attract customers.

• A proactive, positive and professional attitude. You can lead your own work and handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
