Northe is a Swedish startup with focus to make electric cars simple to use for all types of drivers. The company has developed a platform that consists of three main components: an app for drivers, a cloud management system for fleets and a payment solution for charge boxes. The platform generates a 360 solution for anyone within the electric car/charging sector. 

The company's main objective is to simplify for all people and businesses to make the transition to electric simple and hazelfree. The platform is constantly evolving and as the market is so immature we have adapted it to fit the current needs but also with a heavy roadmap of new features to come.

Northe is today live in all Nordic countries. During 2023 the company will expand to the rest of EU countries. This indicates high ambitions on scaling the company into becoming a leader on the European market.

Role Summary

Handle daily financial activities connected to the EV charging business. Provide financial and administrative support to colleagues, clients and stakeholders of the business. Work proactively in order to secure efficient work methods and processes.  

Main responsibilities

• Handle weekly & monthly payments, secure sanity of these payments  

• Price monitoring and margin control of charging sessions

• Support our sales team with financial analytics and reports

• Oversee and manage supplier and customer invoices including reminders

• Secure financial processes with partners

• Manage reports for VAT reporting in multiple EU countries with our accounting firm

• Month end closing and Balance reconciliation

• Short term cash flow management and financial reporting.

Main Skills

• 1-2 years experience within financial positions 

• Great communication and interpersonal skills

• Fluent in english,

• Research and analytical skills

• MS Office basic level, great excel skills.
