We’re on a mission to change elderly care by developing technology that makes elderly care personal, transparent, and accessible to the seniors and their families. Started with our founder Richard’s need for his own mother, we've designed a tech-enabled family-friendly home care service currently helping over 1000 families in Finland and in Germany and soon also in France.

We’re now looking for a tech-savvy performance marketer to lead our HQ performance marketing efforts. Your background can be anything from data analytics to digital marketing, but you need to have some experience with SEO/SEM. The role is full-time and hybrid (we do expect to see you at the office every now and then) and you can be located either in Berlin, Germany or Helsinki, Finland.

• You will be responsible for all our digital marketing efforts globally: your core task will be to build a well-oiled performance marketing function and ensure we hit the right KPIs in our three markets. For the moment, Finland is our biggest market with proven scalable channels, whereas Germany is in a growth stage with a lot of interesting opportunities to test and France in the launch phase.

• You will preferably have some previous success with SEO/SEM as Google is one of the main channels in our digital marketing.

• You will start as a member of our HQ growth team, and very soon own a team of country marketers who will be there to help you execute all the digital marketing tests and tasks needed: writing content, setting up ads, gathering insights etc. Additionally, you will have access to a designer as a part-time resource.

• You ideally possess the technical skills necessary (how to set up conversion tracking and data analytics for example), but you will also receive help from our tech team if needed.

• Having a high level of responsibility for the strategy as a whole and for your own team doesn’t prevent you from getting your hands dirty to get the job done.

  
  

Why should you be interested in Helppy? Elderly care is one of the largest markets in Europe and it is growing by 8% annually. However, it's still very outdated, paper-based, manual, and fragmented - but this will inevitably change within the next few years, as customers demand better services with a seamless digital user experience.
