As the CTO, you will work with an International and diverse team and will be responsible for overseeing the technological aspect of our project and ensuring that it aligns with our company’s goals and objectives. You will lead the development of new and innovative hardware and software solutions that will set our project apart from the competition.
To excel in this role, we are looking for a candidate with the following skills:
Strong technical background: The ideal candidate should have a deep understanding of both hardware and software development, including experience with programming languages, microcontrollers, and circuit design.
Leadership and Management: You should have experience leading cross-functional teams, including developers, engineers, and designers. You should also have experience managing budgets, schedules, and projects.
Communication Skills: You should be able to communicate complex technical concepts in a clear and concise manner to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Strategic Thinking: You should have a strong ability to develop and implement long-term technical strategies that align with our company’s goals and objectives.
Passion for Innovation: You should be passionate about staying up-to-date with the latest technologies and trends and be able to bring fresh ideas to the table to drive our project forward.
