BOOKKEEPER

At MyBlueLabel we are experts in compliance. We help our clients navigate the regulatory compliance landscape and the documentation that follows with ease, and ensure administrative tasks are kept to a joyful minimum with our innovative eQMS Platform.

As we continue to grow our company and aim for an IPO, we are seeking an experienced all-round bookkeeper for 2-3 days a week (initially) starting as soon as possible.

With reference to our CEO, Kenn Milton, you will have varied tasks within the field of finance and accounting. You must expect tasks of different nature to arise in periods, but as part of the MyBlueLabel team you are never alone in busy times.

You will be working at our office in DTU Science Park in Hørsholm.

Responsibilities

•  Invoice customers and pay invoices

• Collect and register running company expenses and receipts

• Collect and register travel expenses and receipts

• Handle registration in Economics, Danløn and Stripe

• Recommend process optimization and tools

• Debtor and creditor handling

• Monthly reporting

• Reconciliations

• Report to accountants

• Administrate holidays and holiday supplements

• Assistance with payroll, monthly salary, and bonus payments

• Handling various reimbursements in connection to maternity leave, illness, etc.

Qualifications:

• Wide knowledge within accounting and bookkeeping

• You are organized, well structured, and has a systematic approach

• Great economical understanding

• Good spirit and a team player

• English in speaking and writing

• Basic understanding of Stripe, Economics and Danløn is an advantage

• Around 2-4 years of experience in payroll administration or a related role

• Good knowledge of the Danish tax and holiday system and curious to learn even more
