SALES MANAGER

At MyBlueLabel we are experts in compliance. We help our clients navigate the regulatory compliance landscape and the documentation that follows with ease, and ensure administrative tasks are kept to a joyful minimum with our innovative eQMS Platform.

As we continue to grow our company and aim for an IPO, we are seeking a fulltime Sales Manager to join our Sales Team of currently 5 persons, to help us create and move deals through the pipeline.

With reference to our Head of Sales, Kristian Lund, you will have varied tasks within the field of sales. You must expect tasks of different nature to arise in periods, but as part of the MyBlueLabel team you are never alone in busy times. 

You may not have a clue about what compliance is and what it entails, but we will teach you that and much more along the way. We therefore expect that both you and your role will develop over time.

You will be working at our office in DTU Science Park in scenic Hørsholm, 35 minutes by bus from Nørreport.


Responsibilities:

  • Outbound calls to potential customers (30 calls pr. Day)

  • Book meeting according to target

  • Attend meetings with potential clients - online and physical 

  • Manage and control your pipeline for optimal quality

  • Do demos of our innovative SAAS platform

  • Write quotes and follow up

  • Cooperate with our implementation team to insure the best possible onboarding and support of new clients

  • Partake in promotional activities such as events all over Europe representing MBL


Qualifications:

  • Good spirit and a team player

  • Glass half full (not empty) mindset

  • Despite hearing ‘no’ you stay determined

  • Independent and take responsibility for owns actions

  • Likes to talk on the phone with new people from all over Europe

  • Knowledge of Office365 including Excel, Word and PowerPoint.

  • Experience within sales is an advantage but not a prerequisite 

  • Strong presentation, planning and organizational skills
