Arctic15 and Nordic Deep Tech Business summit are our two major annual events where we bring together a diverse group of entrepreneurs, investors, and industry leaders to share their experiences, insights, and knowledge about the latest trends and opportunities in the startup ecosystem.
We are currently looking for a passionate Event Assistant Trainee to assist with our overall event operations. In this position, you will be able to get hands-on training in the planning, coordination, and execution of events of different sizes & formats. You will have the opportunity to work with experienced event professionals and learn the ins and outs of both startup ecosystem & event management in a fast-paced, innovative startup environment. Additionally, you will have the opportunity to be part of a team that is creating something new and innovative, and you will be able to see the direct impact of your work on the company's success.
This is a full time paid traineeship role with a salary range of €1000 - €1500/month depending upon your experience. As a trainee,

RESPONSIBILITIES
Assisting with the planning and coordination of events
Supporting the program manager in sourcing, recruiting and managing speakers, and overall volunteer coordination for the events
During the event days - assisting with the coordinating on-site logistics, including setup and breakdown, registration and other production related tasks.
Gathering and analyzing feedback from event attendees and providing recommendations for future events
Help with office practicalities and any ad hoc tasks.
REQUIREMENTS
Strong organizational and project management skills
Good knowledge of the event planning and coordination process
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Knowledge of (or interested to learn about) the startup ecosystem
Willingness to learn and adapt quickly to new technologies, tools and trends in the event and tech industry
