Superhood is looking for a creative, curious, and courageous Marketing Lead to start building and executing our marketing and growth. The preferable location is in Helsinki region but fully remote is also potentially possible. Fluency in English is required, Spanish, German, and/or other language skills a big plus, and a self-starter attitude a necessity.

Superhood is a B2B2C2G social platform for cities and neighborhoods. We cater and build value for the complete local ecosystems of consumers, local businesses, and local government organizations, so marketing activities span both B2B and B2C. We are launching the service with support from a major media company and a major European city.

The tasks ahead for the Marketing Lead are monumental and diverse. Some of the execution will be outsourced, and some done internally, depending on your skills, interests, and willingness to learn. Here are some of the tasks you’d manage, together with the CEO;

• refine the Superhood value proposition and key messages

• plan for the international expansion with target market studies and selection

• plan and execute our international trade show participation

• plan and manage our PR activities

• plan and manage our B2B outbound marketing activities

• refine the Superhood user acquisition funnel

• plan and manage our inbound marketing activities, like landing pages, SEO, SEM, ASO, organic and paid social, blog, etc

We don’t expect you to have years of experience in all of the above, but you do have to have an interest in many of them. Ideally, you’d be an Internet and social media native who understands memes and trends. As a self-starter, you wouldn't be afraid to take initiative and make things happen, plan and execute frugal growth hacking and marketing campaigns yourself, etc. In this role, you’d be working directly and closely with the company CEO.
