The job:

Aeromine Technologies ApS is located north of Copenhagen and HQ for Europe, Middle East and Africa. The interest from especially large European clients is significant and the customers tend to find us based on the press coverage we have received. Aeromine units will be available in the market by Q4 2023. We will do additional trial installations with major European clients in Q2-Q3. The Aeromine units are quite unique with very compelling performance – also compared to solar PV installations.

Aeromine has direct contact with several of the largest multinational companies in the world. At the same time, we are in the process of identifying and engaging distributors/partners in the various counties to help us scale both sales and customer service further.

You will be engaged in the sales process from first customer contact over assessing customer sites for Aeromine installations to closing deals and providing support during installations. Depending on your background, you may be assigned a country/region or in other ways get a specific area of responsibility. Over time, the position may include leadership of additional sales staff.

You will be involved in many aspects of our business as part of our small team – and thereby both be able to learn and contribute to the continued development of the organization.

 

Key tasks and responsibility areas include:

  • Develop business with large accounts. From first meetings, over first contracts and securing recurring orders/business

  • Technical advice to clients in terms of 1) wind assessments and power calculations for their sites (we have our own software tool) and 2) following mechanical and electrical installations

  • Help develop our partner/distributor network to scale the business.

  • Further develop our sales and marketing processes. Participation in trade shows. Optimization of CRM etc.

 

Reporting to: Managing director, EMEA

  

Your qualifications:

Professional:

  • 5+ years of B2B sales experience of technical products/solutions is a must.

  • Experience from either renewable energy installations, sales of commercial rooftop equipment and/or construction/mechanical engineering is a clear benefit.

  • Experience with distributor management is a benefit, but not required.

 

Personal:

  • Structured and analytical person: We have a LOT of customer inquiries and we try to prioritize and help as many clients as possible – the most effective way. We use Hubspot as CRM.

  • Flexible and open to help out across the many tasks you find in a small organization.

  • Fluency in English – and preferably German. (Danish is not a requirement).

  • Able to travel around 40 days/year to meet customers/distributors.

 

Start:

April 1st – or as soon as possible.

 

Location: Allerød north of Copenhagen (NIRAS Greentech Hub). It will be possible to work from home a few days/week.
