We are now looking for a full-time paid social manager for our office in Copenhagen or London, who will help manage our paid social activity to drive scalable and efficient customer acquisition.

What you’ll do at Reva Group
As a Paid Social Manager, you will be part of the performance marketing team, reporting to the Head of Performance Marketing and you will work on scaling paid social across several countries, brands and channels.

Primary responsibilities
Manage the day to day paid social performance, ensuring KPIs are met and exceeded.
Drive best-in-class execution of paid social campaigns with efficiency, scalability and innovation.
Own the delivery of a test-and-learn roadmap and run tests to explore the success of various campaign strategies.
Analyse and report on performance while driving improvements.
Collaborate with internal teams to proactively share insights and opportunities.
Liaise with external partners and vendors for access to betas and new features.
Identify opportunities that can deliver acquisition growth.
Stay ahead of key trends, best practices and the competitive landscape.
Get involved with other growth work occasionally.
Minimum qualifications
4+ years experience in paid social, ideally across multiple languages/markets.
Deep expert, hands-on knowledge of paid social across Meta (Facebook & Instagram). Experience with other biddable platforms are a plus (Tik Tok, Snapchat, Twitter).
Track record of scaling best-in-class paid social campaigns achieving both growth and efficiency targets.
Strong analytical skills and proficient with Excel/Google Sheets.
Highly organised and a strong attention to detail.
A self-starter who likes to take ownership and can deliver projects effectively within a fast-paced, start-up environment.
