Sales oriented CEO: join a startup building the future of heating and computing. We help solve the green transition in the process
As Northeast Flow is progressing from R&D stage to growth, we are looking to expand our team with a new full-time CEO bringing additional talent to the team.
You will lead a team of five full-time employees, and a number of advisors available to help in operatives matters. Besides leadership and management qualities, the following comptences will be valuable and/or necessary to complement existing competences of the team:
sales and sales leadership and building a scalable sales process (necessary)
financial administration (valuable)
marketing (valuable)
financing (valuable)
The team has skills in technology and software development, business and strategy development, domain understanding (electricity, building heating systems, computing/bitcoin network), administration, legal, financing, but is lacking mostly in sales competence. Also good understanding of financial administration (billing, internal reporting) would be valuable for further developing the service offering. Sales via internet marketing could also be a possible development area. Experience in acquiring financing for startups is appreciated.
Language skills: Good English and Finnish skills are necessary.
We expect the applicant to have education and/or experience in management and sales. A master's or bachelor's degree, or studies leading to such, are appreciated. We could welcome a master's student with personal growth mindset even with limited experience, or an experienced professional looking for new challenges.
We will offer a monthly salary, as well as participation into an equity based incentive program. Salary/equity ratio is ultimately up to a negotiation. We believe NEF has a huge opportunity, and therefore the total compensation package, salary+equity, is competitive.
