Product Manager

Kamupak is a Finnish greentech startup building the future of circular economy solutions.

Currently, Kamupak’s reusable products KamuDishes and the digital platform are used by over 100 restaurants, cafes, and supermarkets selling takeaway food around Finland. In the near future, we are also excitedly looking to expand into new business areas and markets. We are now looking for a Product Manager to play a crucial role in the success of the Kamupak products. The mission of the role is to bring products to the next level and bridge the gap between the development team, stakeholders, customers, and end-users. 

Key Responsibilities:

• Service design, product and service conceptualization, testing and productization

• Translate customer needs into product development projects

• Identify opportunities for growth and together with a technical team create a product roadmap that aligns with the company's overall strategy.

• Product pricing strategies and calculations

• Productization of impact data and LCA calculations

• Product documentation and customer support

• Product marketing and communication

• Manage and prioritize the product development backlog

• Customer, end user and market analysis 

  
  

The skill set and experience we’re looking for:

• We expect you to have a previous experience as a product manager or a similar role

• You are familiar with setting product pricing and positioning

• Experience launching products and creating go-to-market plans

• Experience monitoring and analyzing product performance, using customer metrics

• Strong communication skills and ability to clearly articulate the product vision, goals and requirements

• Ability to think strategically about the product and its place in the market. 

• Strong project management and prioritization skills 

• Understanding of the technology and development process

• You get excited about the circular economy and sustainability

• You have good people skills and you enjoy interacting with stakeholders and customers

• Experience working in or with startups or scaleups 

• Fluency in English and Finnish is required
