Job description
Our Customer Support team is currently looking for a Team Lead to join us. This role will report to the Head of Customer Success and requires strong communication skills, creativity, and a passion for problem-solving. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong technical skills relevant to delivering a SaaS product. You have a track record of being organized and independent. Your role will include:
Delivering first class product support to our customers
Analyzing and improving the support processes
Documenting support activities and results
Identifying and reporting product issues to development
Working closely with other teams to provide first class customer satisfaction
Managing the support team
To thrive in this role you:
Are service-oriented and customer-centric
Are structured and organized
Have previous experience of customer support for digital services and products
Have strong technical skills in areas relevant to SaaS products, such as networking, cloud platforms and technologies like SSO, DNS and email services
Are fluent in Swedish and English
Are able to thrive in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment
