Job description

Our Customer Support team is currently looking for a Team Lead to join us. This role will report to the Head of Customer Success and requires strong communication skills, creativity, and a passion for problem-solving. The ideal candidate is a self-starter with strong technical skills relevant to delivering a SaaS product. You have a track record of being organized and independent. Your role will include:

  • Delivering first class product support to our customers

  • Analyzing and improving the support processes

  • Documenting support activities and results

  • Identifying and reporting product issues to development

  • Working closely with other teams to provide first class customer satisfaction

  • Managing the support team


To thrive in this role you:

  • Are service-oriented and customer-centric

  • Are structured and organized

  • Have previous experience of customer support for digital services and products

  • Have strong technical skills in areas relevant to SaaS products, such as networking, cloud platforms and technologies like SSO, DNS and email services

  • Are fluent in Swedish and English

  • Are able to thrive in a fast-moving, entrepreneurial environment
