Vaquita Technologies is a 2-year-old start-up located in Lund whose mission is to help companies from all sectors to improve their water quality. We are developing state-of-the-art technology that offers real-time data monitoring, convenience, and the future of water quality in a world dominated by outdated solutions.
We are currently looking for a Chief Commercial Officer (CCO) to join our team and drive our commercial strategy, handle public relations, and drive brand strength and awareness.
As CCO, you will be responsible for leading business development, structuring and scaling sales and customer success processes, and using market and internal research and data to understand the water quality market and plan future expansion segments.
Responsible for identifying and pursuing new funding
Lead business development strategy
Structure and scale sales and customer success process
Use market and internal research and data to deeply understand the water quality market and plan next expansion segments with close CEO collaboration
Drive brand strength and awareness through oversight of PR, brand and content marketing to accelerate growth
Support the CEO in representing the company to all external stakeholders.
Input on company messaging and brand visibility
Organize, monitor and optimize existing customer relationships in all commercial and organizational matters.
Preferably proven experience as a Chief Commercial Officer or similar role in a startup or technology company.
Preferably proven track record of success in driving sales and marketing strategies, and increasing revenue and market share
You have a real interest in sustainable development
Have an open mind, and be a team player.
Hands on operational experience and can-do attitude
Able to position and represent the company successfully in the market, during customer interactions and visits.
Fluent in English and swedish is a must

We would like to compensate our future CCO with Equity but of course we can change this to a salary compensation or a hybrid approach.
