We are seeking a Business Development Junior Role to be part of the journey at Tango AML, a Fintech company specialized in developing financial systems within remittance industry. You will be part of an international team with great values, selling an innovative and booming product worldwide with key focus on North American clients and market.

What You Will Be Doing

• Learn and build a thorough understanding of our product, technology.

• Ability to translate complex product and business problems into simple and actionable solutions. Be able to manage the solution process both with the client and with internal stakeholders.

• Creation of project delivery process in close coordination with the business  and the tech team.

• Learn to provide strategic analysis and critical thinking as we plan long-term expansion in the key markets.

• Work close to the Tango AML’s business and tech teams to proactively build, manage the project delivery from onboarding to final delivery and actively communicate the delivery progress to customers and internally.

Education And Experience

• You have a strong appetite for Fintech

• Inspired by fast paced growth environments.

• You are rigorous, detail oriented, have great Tech understanding strong project management skills

• You thrive working with clients and internal stakeholders

• The ability to successfully work with C-level executives and business decision-makers

• If you have any knowledge of compliance, AML and KYC - that will be amazing!
