About Upbeater.X

Upbeater.X is a freelance accelerator, helping students and recent graduates start and develop their freelance careers. As part of the accelerator, students get freelance education, coaching and support, community membership and help with back-office stuff such as contracting and invoicing - all to make it easier and more affordable to get started as a freelancer!

To be a fit, you probably:

• Have an interest in the areas of Future of Work, Freelancing, Remote Working, Entrepreneurship, and/or Life Design

• Have a mixed skillset in Marketing, Growth Hacking, PR, & Comms. (bonus if you've worked with marketing towards GenZ)

• Like community building, networking and to "create buzz"

• Are experienced enough to think strategically and take lead on marketing & comms. activities, while also being creative and new-thinking to find & test new ways to grow

• Find it exciting to take ownership and be part of building something from an early stage to become an internationally recognized brand

Note. This is a co-founder opportunity for an early stage, not yet funded startup.

Preferably you speak Swedish as we're currently launched on the Swedish market, but must be comfortable working in English as we're expanding in 2023.
