We welcome a new C-level member in our Leadership team:

Our executive leadership team is missing a piece 🧩 - and that is very important piece as you will be in charge of the strategy of our entire production of windows and doors 🪟 🚪 reporting directly to our CEO Janar - located in Estonia 🇪🇪 

We don't care where you live - but you need to be at least 30% of your time at our Factory in Tartu, Estonia. How we make that work - let's talk about that 👊

Klar is a pure D2C Brand! No "middle men" and no physical shops - we sell directly to consumer. This makes us very unique as we are specialized in selling through E-commerce channels. We believe in highly vertical biz model success! 


Our ambition is to grow 100% year-on-year and we need a strong leader who can make that happen from the production side. We have already achieved remarkable results and we need you 🫵 to help us to move to the next level 🚀 You can look forward to sparring with C-levels cross-departments - and we promise to be nice and support you any possible way 💙 🙏 The management team consists of CEO, CFO, CMO, CTO, COO and CPCO (and missing a CPO). We are all specialists within our field, with long track record of leadership with many years of combined experience from customer service, design agencies, tech startups, people & culture, established corporations, and more. Safe to say, we're a little different than the common team setup in our industry and we think it's an advantage.


About the role as Chief Production Officer 👩‍🏭 🛠 :

The CPO has the responsible for global manufacturing processes of our company and ensures support of growth and quality of goods.

  • Highly competent CPO with solid track record!

  • Has experience in change management and made a production from zero to hero at least once before.

  • It is a great advantage if you have experience and a track record from the W&D industry or other timber processing companies. (Track record meaning at least 50 mill. biz done and it contains solid growth rate at least 25% YoY)

  • Building structure and building culture.

  • Superb understanding of production procedures.

  • Innovation implementation.

  • Industry 4.0 experience and undestanding - no manual data entry anywhere.

  • Excellent communication skills. (English on fluent level).

  • Strong in Project Management, trouble-shooting and decision making.

  • Very good knowledge of COGS (Cost of Good Sold) relation with APP.

  • Asset management.

  • Has a strategy mindset and skillset.


What are your responsibilities as CPO:  

  • Align goals and objectives with other C- level colleagues to ensure Growth Story together with the WoW effect of the product.

  • Implementing OKR principles - and follow up on them.

  • Implementing OEE (Overall Equipment Efficiency) and RFT (Right First Time) principles.

  • Analyse and Estimate the production costs (Fix and Variables).

  • Organize the workflow.

  • Administer and evaluate the performance of production personnel in collaboration with Team Leaders and future Factory Manager.

  • Maintenance work principles and purchase of equipment (Able to deliver detail ROI calculation fxs).

  • Ensure outputs meet the required quality standards.

  • Ensure safety and health policy.
