We are Euro Scalers, a Nordic Growth Accelerator with a mission to make sure every Finnish startup succeeds with international sales. We are now expanding to wider nets and are looking to hire a young motivated graphic design professional to help with Graphic Design, Video Editing, preparation and design of Marketing materials (for LinkedIn, Website, Webinars, and Premium content), and Digital Media.

We are offering you an internship accelerator program starting immediately. The position is Unpaid and remote, and we prefer interns located in Finland. We know unpaid positions might sound a little less exciting, but we guarantee that with the professional experience you get when working with us on designing and implementing marketing content and assisting in other day-to-day marketing activities will not only increase your future hiring rate chances (100% of our 1st badge of interns were either directly hired by our participating companies in our program, or found a job within 3 months after the internship) but it will also boost your confidence and creativity as your ideas will be directly implemented! The intern will experience what it's like to be a valued member of a fast-paced team and be in the center of the Finnish startup scene!

If you decide to take part in the internship, you will:

• not be paid, but gain experience and if you do it well you will most probably get a job offer soon

• provide support with the creation, design, and uploading of marketing materials for the related digital channels & platforms (social media, website, online community…)

• be creating a wide range of graphics, illustrations, Videos, and layouts

• be editing photo and video content

• be developing creative ideas for campaigns and content

• provide support in preparing presentations, decks, pitches, toolkits, posters, publications, and other visuals

• be allowed to take part in the paid sessions at Euro Scalers for free

• have the support from our team Rasmus Basilier and Kristína Némethová

We expect you to:

• work as our Graphic Designer for online platforms from 10 to 20 hours per week (90% flexible)

• have a flair for multimedia skills like graphic design, video editing, short video clips suggestion, and Audio editing

• have a keen eye for aesthetics and details

• be familiar with design software – Canva (mostly), Photoshop, Illustrator

• be dedicated, and responsible towards your role, ability to meet deadlines

• have some experience in graphic design or working with social media for a brand

• creativity in writing and designing content, including storytelling skills is an advantage

• ability to work productively and effectively with others and individually

Language skills:

• Professional-level English proficiency (our work language)

• knowledge of any other EU language is good, especially German and Swedish (not required)

Bonus skills:

• Photography

• Videography & video editing

• Business skills

• Copywriting

• Writing skills

• Web design

• Creative thinking

• Demonstrated experience in producing various communications materials (social media graphics and videos, blogs, presentations, brochures, etc.)

• Experience managing social media channels (desirable)
