In Glint Solar we are accelerating what we call The Solar Revolution by building the world’s leading solar screening software for utility-scale solar. What we’re looking for
We have taken some big steps recently and are ready to start moving much quicker. We believe marketing plays a crucial role in the success of the company and have already had some notable marketing successes we want to build on. As our Head of Marketing you will work closely with COO Even Kvelland in designing, implementing and executing our marketing strategy. The overall objective is to increase the number of inbound leads. We think the answer is a combination of social media, webinars, PR, conferences, organic content creation and more, but leave the exact recipe up to you.
Build the overall marketing strategy that aligns with our long term goals and OKRs
Work closely with sales to optimize our commercial efforts
Build our marketing materials along with our Head of Design for website, social media and events
Run all social media accounts, PR efforts, attend industry conferences
Find those really awesome and creative ways of attracting customer interest in Glint
Craft the expansion strategy for when we scale the marketing team

3+ years of relevant marketing experience (B2B Saas, startups, consulting)
An international mindset with an interest in understanding a diverse target audience
Experience with/interest for renewable energy
Excellent communication skills, oral and written (English)
Creative, structured and independent
Roll up your sleeve-mentality where you contribute where needed
Proven record of building and executing marketing campaigns that have a huge impact
